We get it, part of being an athlete is sweating and some of us sweat way more than others. Sweating is what helps our bodies regulate temperature, but it can also generate “funk” in the smell of our clothing if not dealt with properly. Here are some easy tips to keep you and your athletic attire fresh for the long haul.
Ever look at your bike with disgust? Ever find yourself taking 20 minutes to put on your kit and get out the door? Ever turn the cranks and stare at the Garmin willing it to say 60 minutes so you can be done with your recovery ride? These are all things that I have experienced and whether good or bad, we all deal with motivation that comes and goes. Here are some of my top tips to help you stay in cycling for the long haul.
